Cancellation Policy
Regular services: At least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price.
House sitting: A 7-day notice. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged 50% of the service price.
Holiday Rate Date's
2024 - Jan 12 - 15, Feb 16 - 19, May 24 - 27, July 4 - 7 , Aug 30 - Sept 2, Nov 28 - Dec 1, Dec 21 - Jan 1.
Payment Policy
An invoice will be sent before your service, and payment is due at the time of service.
Extended Care Policy
If your pet's care extends beyond the scheduled service time, Extended Care will be automatically applied. This includes an additional fee for each hour beyond the scheduled service, ensuring that your pet continues to receive the same high level of care, playtime, feeding, and personalized attention.
